What does SatFares sell?
SatFares sells airline tickets, and nothing else. You top up a prepaid balance with Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), from $25. You then book flights from that balance.
We act as your booking agent. Bookings are made on request: after checkout, our team books the ticket with the airline and confirms the final total. The airline issues the ticket in each traveller's name. Your contract of carriage is with the airline: your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s).
The price shown is the fare found live for all passengers, in US dollars, taxes included, with no fee added; the final total is confirmed before you are charged. Your balance is held at checkout and charged only when the e-ticket number is issued. The steps are on how it works.
What doesn't SatFares sell?
We don't sell hotels, car rentals, tours or travel insurance. Each booking is a single travel service, not a package: EU package travel protection does not apply. We don't suggest or link to any other travel service. The reasons are on is this a package?.
Some flights can't be booked:
- flights to or from the United Kingdom, paused at launch;
- flights to, from or within Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Crimea and the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine;
- tickets on sanctioned airlines.
Low-cost airlines are not excluded. Our live search can return Ryanair, Wizz Air or AirAsia, and our team books them on request. The full list of restrictions, with sources, is on sanctions and restrictions.
What does SatFares charge?
The price shown is the fare found live for all passengers, in US dollars, taxes included, with no fee added; the final total is confirmed before you are charged. Nothing is added at checkout: the total in the search results is the amount held on your balance. The fee rule is on the pricing page and in machine-readable form in pricing.json. If it changes, both show the new rule.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't show paid advertising. Network fees are paid by the sender to the blockchain network, not to us.
How do we publish our open data?
We publish tables that answer common questions about crypto and air travel. They show which airlines accept crypto directly, where flights can't be sold, and how crypto travel sellers refund. Our rules:
- Dated. Every row carries the date of our last check. The page date changes only when a fact changes.
- Sourced. Every status links to its source: an official page first, otherwise the press or a third party, and we say which.
- Open. The tables are free to reuse under the CC BY 4.0 license, as JSON and CSV files on open data.
- Not neutral. We sell airline tickets paid in crypto. Our offer is included and marked.
- Corrected. To report an error, write to [email protected] with the page and a source. We correct the row and update its date.
What does SatFares not claim?
We only write facts that we can show. So, as of October 2026:
- SatFares is not IATA accredited and has no ATOL. Flights are not ATOL protected.
- We show no ratings, reviews, awards or customer numbers.
- We don't claim that an airline accepts crypto through us. Airlines that accept crypto directly are listed in our index, with their own conditions.
- We promise no issuing time, and we publish no network fee figure until we have measured it.
- Route pages show the lowest market fares observed in our dated surveys. The surveys leave out sanctioned airlines and stops in the United Kingdom or a sanctioned country. These fares are references, not our selling price, and they are never guaranteed.
- We don't promise that every airline or route can be booked. Our live search shows what our team can book for your dates.
How can I contact SatFares?
Write to [email protected], in English. For a booking, give the airline booking code. For a payment, give the transaction ID (TXID), the coin and the network.
We never ask for your account number, a passport scan or a selfie by email or chat. The rules that apply to your booking are in our terms, and the use of your data is in our privacy policy.
Questions about SatFares
Is SatFares a travel agency?
SatFares is a booking agent for flights, operated by TravelGoat LLC (United States). We book airline tickets on your behalf, paid from your crypto balance. Our team books each ticket with the airline on request, and the airline issues it in the traveller's name. We are not an airline, and we don't sell hotels or packages.
Is SatFares IATA accredited or ATOL protected?
No. SatFares is not IATA accredited, and flights sold by SatFares are not ATOL protected. For this reason, flights to or from the United Kingdom are paused at launch. We will publish registration numbers only once we really hold them.
Who books my ticket?
Our team does, on request. After checkout, our team books the ticket with the airline and confirms the final total. The airline issues the e-ticket in the traveller's name, and it appears in My trips. Your contract of carriage is with the airline, under its Conditions of Carriage. No issuing time is promised.
Why should I trust your open data?
Because you can check every row. Each row has the date of our check and a link to its source, and the files are open under CC BY 4.0. We sell airline tickets paid in crypto, so we are not neutral: our own offer is included and marked. Report errors to [email protected].
Does SatFares have reviews or ratings?
No. We don't publish ratings, reviews or customer numbers, and we don't buy them. What we publish instead are verifiable facts: our price rule, our refund policy, and dated, sourced data on open data. You can check each fact against its source and its date.
Where is SatFares based?
SatFares is operated by TravelGoat LLC (United States). Support works by email, in English, at [email protected]. Prices and balances are in US dollars. The company has no IATA accreditation and no ATOL. Some countries are not served: see sanctions and restrictions.
