Effective date: October 12, 2026. These terms apply to every flight booking made on SatFares (satfares.com). Please read them before you top up your balance or book a flight. Nothing in these terms removes rights that you have under mandatory consumer or air passenger protection law.
Your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s).

1. Who we are
SatFares is operated by TravelGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware (United States). You can contact us at [email protected].
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean TravelGoat LLC. "You" means the account holder who books. "Traveller" means each person named in a booking.
2. Our role
We act as a booking agent on your behalf. We are not an airline, and we are not a tour operator. Our team books each ticket with the airline for you, and the airline issues it in each traveller's name.
Your contract of carriage is with the airline. Your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s). These rules cover, for example, baggage, check-in deadlines, changes, refunds and boarding.
3. A single travel service, not a package
Each booking is a single travel service: the carriage of the travellers named in the booking. We do not sell package travel, and EU package travel protection does not apply. We sell no other travel service with a flight, and we suggest none. The reasons are explained on is this a package?.
Flights are not ATOL protected. For this reason, flights to or from the United Kingdom are paused.
4. Your account and balance
You pay from a prepaid balance in your account. You top up the balance in crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). The minimum top-up is $25.
A top-up is credited in US dollars (USD) after the network confirmations shown on the payment page. Your balance is not a bank account and earns no interest. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. Amounts released when a booking can't be confirmed, or refunded after a cancellation you did not request, can be withdrawn in USDT or USDC; the rest of the balance is not refundable.
You must keep access to your account secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
5. Prices and fees
The price shown is the fare found live for all passengers, in US dollars, taxes included, with no fee added; the final total is confirmed before you are charged. Prices are in USD, for all travellers of the booking.
The price in the search is the fare found by our live search. We check it again before we hold any amount. Nothing is added at checkout. Network fees are paid by the sender to the blockchain network; they are not our fee. The current fee rule is always on the pricing page.
6. Booking on request: held, charged or released
Bookings are made on request. At checkout, the total of the booking is held on your balance. It is not charged. Our team then books the ticket with the airline, as your agent, and confirms the final total.
- Higher total: if the final total is higher than the amount held, you accept it, or the amount is released.
- Charge: your balance is charged when the airline issues the e-ticket number. The booking is confirmed only at that moment.
- Not issued in time: if the ticket can't be issued in time, the full amount is released to your balance. The booking shows the status Released with its reason.
- Issuing time: we don't promise an issuing time.
- Baggage and fare rules: they are confirmed with your booking and shown on your e-ticket.
An amount released this way can be withdrawn in USDT or USDC. Your e-ticket appears in My trips, in your account. The steps are on how it works.
7. Traveller data and names
For each traveller, you must give the first and last names exactly as in the passport, the date of birth and the gender. For international trips, you must also give passport details. You must give an email address for each booking. We use it to send the e-ticket, schedule changes and cancellation messages, and we never publish or sell it.
Check every name before you pay. Tickets are not transferable, and airlines rarely allow name changes. If a name is wrong because of the data you gave, a correction is possible only if the airline accepts it. Its fee is then charged at cost. Otherwise, the error is treated as a cancellation by you.
We do not verify identity documents, and we never ask for a passport scan or a selfie. Our team passes traveller data to the airline only, to issue the ticket. Our privacy policy gives the details. You may book for other travellers only with their agreement.
8. Travel documents
Each traveller is responsible for valid travel documents: passport, visa, health documents and transit permits. The airline or the border authorities may refuse boarding or entry without them. A ticket that can't be used for this reason is handled as a cancellation by you, under the fare rules.
9. Price changes before the ticket is issued
Fares can change between your search and the booking. Our team confirms the final total after checkout. If it is higher than the amount held, you see the new total and choose: accept it, or have the amount released.
We never charge a higher amount without your agreement. If the ticket can't be issued at a total you accepted, nothing is charged. The amount is then released to your balance.
10. Your changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations that you ask for follow the fare rules of your ticket. Many fares can't be changed or refunded. Nothing is taken from your balance without your agreement.
Any refund from the airline is credited to your balance as soon as the funds come back. A no-show is handled under the fare rules, which often give nothing back.
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for flights: EU consumer law excludes passenger transport from it (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 3(3)(k)). The full refund table is on the refunds page.
11. Changes and cancellations by the airline
This section applies if the airline cancels your flight, or changes it heavily, and you don't accept another flight. You then get a refund in USDT or USDC within 7 days, or a balance credit, as you choose. The refund covers 100% of the ticket, taxes and options, plus any fee of ours. A balance credit is only ever your express choice.
Your rights under air passenger law are kept, including 14 CFR 260.10 in the United States and Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 in the EU. Claims for compensation under these laws are made to the airline. We give you the booking details you need.
12. How refunds are paid
A refund in USDT or USDC is sent to an address that you give us, on a network that we support. We screen the address before sending. A balance credit stays on your account under the balance rule in section 4.
The cases, amounts, forms and times are in the refund table on the refunds page.
13. Restricted destinations and sanctions
We do not sell flights to, from or within Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Crimea and the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine. We do not sell tickets on sanctioned airlines.
We check traveller names against sanctions lists before booking. If a booking, a traveller or a payment matches a sanctions list, we refuse it. The amount may then be frozen and reviewed, as the law requires. The list of places and airlines is on sanctions and restrictions.
14. Crypto payments
Send each coin only on the network shown on the payment page. Funds sent on another network may be lost. Send USDT on TRC-20 only to the TRC-20 address shown.
A top-up is credited after the required network confirmations. Blockchain payments are public, and we can't reverse them. You are responsible for the wallet or exchange that you use and for its fees.
15. Taxes
Paying in crypto may be a taxable event in your country. Check local rules. Local tax and exchange rules still apply to you. We don't give tax advice.
16. Prohibited use
You may not use SatFares to:
- resell tickets;
- make speculative or fictitious bookings;
- book a flight only to show it for a visa and then cancel it;
- pay with funds of illegal origin, or commit fraud;
- book for people who did not agree to travel;
- evade sanctions.
We may refuse or cancel a booking that breaks these rules, under the fare rules and the law.
17. Liability
We are responsible for the booking service that we provide. This means booking the ticket as you asked, holding and releasing your balance as described, and paying the refunds due under these terms.
The airline is responsible for the flight itself, under its Conditions of Carriage and the law that applies to it. We are not responsible for the acts, delays or failures of an airline. We still keep the refund commitments of section 11. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
18. Complaints and contact
Write to [email protected] and give the airline booking code. For a payment question, give the transaction ID (TXID), the coin and the network. We never ask for your account number, a passport scan or a selfie by email or chat.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the version in force. A booking follows the version in force on the day you made it. Past versions are listed in the changelog.
