Who flies Paris to Dubai?

French residents of the Emirates, their families and visitors from France. At December 31, 2025, 33,438 French nationals were on the consular register in the UAE, 12.7% more than a year before. The figure comes from the French government's report on French nationals abroad, published in July 2026.

For a crypto holder in France, tax comes first. French tax doctrine (BOFiP) treats a crypto payment for a good or a service as a taxable disposal. Swaps from one crypto to another are not taxed. Gains are exempt when the total price of your disposals stays at or under 305 euros in the year. We make no claim about French bank cards. Paying in crypto may be a taxable event in your country; ask a tax adviser.

Which airlines fly Paris to Dubai non-stop?

Emirates and Air France, on the date we checked. In our market fare survey of October 12, 2026, the airlines observed included: AJet, Royal Jordanian, Turkish Airlines, Swiss, Gulf Air, Emirates, Air France. The survey counts every airline except sanctioned airlines. These are market fares, not our selling price: the live price at checkout may differ.

Emirates had three non-stop flights from Charles de Gaulle, at 10:00, 14:25 and 21:30, all on the Airbus A380. Air France had one, at 13:30, on a Boeing 777. Turkish Airlines, SWISS, Gulf Air, Royal Jordanian and AJet offered one-stop trips. Our team books any of these airlines on request. Schedules change, so the live search shows the flights for your dates. See Air France and crypto.

How long is the flight, and where are the stops?

6 hours 40 minutes non-stop, on the Emirates morning flight; the other non-stop flights took 6 hours 50 minutes. Dubai is 3 hours ahead of Paris in winter. So the Air France departure at 13:30 landed at 23:20 Dubai time.

The one-stop trips took longer:

  • Turkish Airlines via Istanbul Airport: 9 hours in total, with a 1-hour connection after midnight and a landing at 06:55.
  • SWISS via Zurich: 9.5 hours, with a 1-hour-40-minute connection and a landing at 22:25.
  • Gulf Air via Bahrain: 8 hours 55 minutes, with a 55-minute connection and a landing at 22:45.
  • AJet via Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen: 10.5 hours, with a landing at 03:15.

Check the connection time in each result. All the flights we observed landed at Dubai International (DXB).

What baggage is included from Paris to Dubai?

That depends on the fare type you book, and each airline has its own allowances. Allowances change often, so this page quotes no weight.

With SatFares, baggage and fare rules (changes, refunds) are confirmed with your booking and shown on your e-ticket. Read them before you fly, because baggage is part of the fare rules. Your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s).

What do French travellers need to enter the UAE?

A passport valid at least six months on arrival, and no visa for a visit. The French Foreign Ministry says French nationals are exempt from visas. A stamp given at Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah airport allows 90 days, in one or more stays, over 180 days.

The same page, updated on September 15, 2026, lists traps. An emergency passport is not recognised in the UAE. Since December 2023, a passport without a full date of birth is not recognised either. UAE authorities keep full freedom to refuse entry, sometimes without a formal reason.

A connection in Istanbul needs no visa while you stay in the international area, says the Consulate General of Türkiye in Houston. Other passports follow other rules: check with UAE authorities. We do not give visa advice.

Which passenger rights apply on Paris to Dubai?

EU Regulation 261/2004 applies to every flight that leaves Paris, whatever the airline. If the airline cancels, you choose a refund or re-routing. Compensation reaches 600 euros for a flight over 3,500 km, like this 5,239 km route. It is due when you learn of the cancellation less than 14 days ahead, and not in extraordinary circumstances.

The rules also apply to flights to and from Switzerland, according to Your Europe. On the way back, Dubai to Paris is covered only on an EU airline, such as Air France. Emirates and Turkish Airlines are not EU airlines.

With SatFares, if the airline cancels, you get a refund in USDT or USDC within 7 days, or a balance credit, as you choose. More on refunds when the airline cancels.

How do I pay for Paris to Dubai with SOL or USDT?

Top up your balance, then book from it. SOL on the Solana network is credited after 1 confirmation. USDT works on Ethereum (ERC-20), after 12 confirmations, or on Tron (TRC-20), after 20. USDC is accepted on Ethereum (ERC-20) only, not on Solana.

The minimum top-up is $25. Each booking needs an email address; we never publish or sell it. For each traveller, type the names exactly as in the passport, the date of birth, the gender and the passport details. We pass them only to the airline, to issue the ticket. No ID upload, no selfie at checkout. Airline ID rules still apply.

Your balance is charged when the airline issues the e-ticket number. If we can't get the ticket issued in time, the full amount is released to your balance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fly from Orly to Dubai with SatFares?

You can search from Orly (ORY), Paris's second airport in our data. This page covers Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to Dubai, and every flight in our survey of October 12, 2026 left from CDG. Each search result shows the departure airport, so check it before you pay.

Should I fly back with Air France or Emirates for EU rights?

Only Air France brings the return flight under EU Regulation 261/2004. A flight from outside the EU into the EU is covered only when an EU airline operates it. Emirates is not an EU airline. On the way out from Paris, both airlines are covered.

Can I pay with crypto in shops in Dubai?

Rarely. Since June 14, 2025, UAE central bank rules allow crypto payments only in licensed dirham payment tokens or registered foreign payment tokens. BTC Map lists 10 places within 25 km of central Dubai (October 12, 2026). We sell the ticket; paying on the spot is another matter. Plan to pay in UAE dirhams.

Do I declare a crypto-paid flight in France?

Probably. French tax doctrine treats a crypto payment for a service as a taxable disposal, unless your disposals in the year total 305 euros or less. You then report the overall gain or loss of the year on your income tax return. Ask a tax adviser about your own case.

Can I enter Dubai with a French emergency passport?

No. The French Foreign Ministry says the emergency passport is not recognised in the United Arab Emirates. A traveller holding one can be refused entry, and the consulate cannot step in. Travel with a regular passport valid at least six months from your arrival date.

Do I need a Turkish visa for the connection in Istanbul?

Not if you stay in the international area during the connection. The Consulate General of Türkiye in Houston states this rule in its 2026 guide. If you leave the airport, Türkiye's Foreign Ministry says French ordinary passports are exempt from visas for trips of up to 90 days.

What happens if the e-ticket is not issued?

Nothing is charged. SatFares holds the amount at checkout, and our team books the ticket with the airline on request. Your balance is charged only when the e-ticket number is issued. If the ticket can't be issued in time, the full amount goes back to your balance. You can book another flight from it, or withdraw it.
