Can I pay in crypto on the spot in Bangkok?
Not in shops, as a rule. Thailand does not allow paying shops on the spot in crypto outside the TouristDigiPay sandbox. That sandbox, announced on August 18, 2025, converts crypto to baht for tourists. Its status in 2026 was not found in our sources.
We sell the ticket; paying on the spot is another matter. BTC Map still lists 95 places within 25 km of the centre, all verified since 2025 (October 12, 2026). Plan to pay in Thai baht (THB) once you arrive.

What do I need to enter Thailand?
A valid passport and any visa or entry form your nationality requires. Thai authorities set the entry rules; check them with official Thai government channels or a Thai embassy before you book. We do not give visa advice.
For the ticket, enter each traveller's names as in the passport, date of birth, gender and passport details. We pass them only to the airline, to issue the ticket. No ID upload, no selfie at checkout. Airline ID rules still apply.

Does Thailand's crypto rule affect my flight booking?
The Thai rule concerns paying shops in Thailand in crypto, which is restricted outside the TouristDigiPay sandbox. We sell the ticket; paying on the spot is another matter. We do not give legal advice. The rules of your own country on crypto payments and tax still apply.
Does EU law cover my flight to Bangkok?
Only for flights that depart from the EU, such as Frankfurt to Bangkok, whatever the airline. The return to Europe is covered only when an EU airline operates it. Flights from India or Korea are not covered by EU Regulation 261/2004.
Can I book London to Bangkok?
Not yet. Flights to and from the following countries are paused at launch: the United Kingdom. You can book Bangkok from Frankfurt, Paris, Delhi, Mumbai, Seoul and other cities. Selling flight-only tickets there needs ATOL arrangements that we have not made.
What time zone is Bangkok in?
Indochina Time, UTC+7, all year: Thailand does not use summer time. Check the local arrival date and time shown in your booking, since long flights can land on the next calendar day. Bangkok is 6 hours ahead of Frankfurt in winter and 5 hours ahead in summer.

You get a refund in USDT or USDC within 7 days, or a balance credit, as you choose. If you cancel yourself, the fare rules decide the amount, and it is credited to your balance. If the e-ticket was never issued, the held amount is released to your balance at once.
